When I was growing up, Chinese take-out was ethnic food. Nothing more exotic than Moo Goo Gai Pan.
Now I’m on the lookout for sizzling Szechuan and Dim Sum cart service in New Jersey. Even better if most customers are Chinese-American, the English menu is as long as the Chinese one, and the server offers us chopsticks before forks.
